Renovation Rewards all started when Kay Hillier and Craig Bevans realised that the one-stop property maintenance approach they offered to the rental market didn’t meet all the needs of landlords and private owners for the larger renovation and home improvement projects.

Craig has worked in the property industry for over 35 years, with a keen eye for detail, a practical and pragmatic approach ensures all jobs are completed to the highest levels of quality that have given him an enviable reputation in our industry. With a hands on approach, he makes sure that our professional trades people perform to the level expected by our clients. When not working Craig is a keen fisherman and takes great pride in his family.

Kay spent most of her career in the point of sale industry managing a diverse range of blue chip clients, a qualified & chartered purchaser, she always has an eye on delivering value. As a landlord for the last 20 years and with a passion for property she knows from first hand the challenges and opportunities within the property market. Kay makes sure that the clients are always kept up to speed on all of the projects and oversees the day to day running of the office. Outside of work Kay also likes to spend time with her family and going on holidays.
